Cooking with All 4 Adventure



  • Bacon – diced
  • Brown onion
  • Button mushrooms - sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - halved
  • Eggs x 5
  • Grated cheese
  • Self raising flour
  • Shortcrust pastry x 2 sheets
  • Spinach
  • Spring onion - chopped
  • Thickened cream
  • Zucchini – sliced x 1


  1. Grease the pie tin
  2. Beat the eggs together in a bowl
  3. Add some flour and cream to the egg mixture and beat together until well combined
  4. Line the pie tin with the shortcrust pastry and trim the pastry so that there is none overhanging off the tin
  5. Line the bottom of the pie with zucchinis, tomatoes and mushrooms
  6. Add bacon, cheese, onion and spinach leaves to the egg mixture and stir together
  7. Pour the egg mixture into the pie tin
  8. Place some zucchini, mushrooms and tomatoes on top of the pie mixture, and garnish with some spring onions
  9. Cook for 30-40 minutes in the camp oven. Place hot coals underneath and on top of the camp oven
