Imagine being able to drive further whilst reducing the dust inside your caravan. With a rooftop ventilation system like the Dometic Dust Reduction System, you can significantly reduce the amount of dust in your caravan, breathe fresher air and reduce the cleaning time after caravan trips. Fitted on top of the caravan, this is a non-powered system that operates whilst driving. When stationary, it also provides 150 cm2 free airflow ventilation. The patented design includes the unique filter that captures most dust particles below 10 micrometres from entering the caravan. It can also reduce harmful airborne particles and pollen that can remain suspended in the air for an extended time after stopping. It has been heavily tested in the dusty regions of Australia and is proven to reduce dust even when directly behind a vehicle on a dirt road. The clever design also keeps the weather and elements outside. It will stop rain from entering the caravan, where the water is directed to outlets but if there is prolonged and heavy rain, water will become trapped in the filter holder where it will evaporate without entering the caravan. If required in highly windy conditions, there is a blocker plate that can be used to block the airflow through the main filter. Now you don’t have the excuse of dust, wind or rain to stop you from heading off the beaten track and enjoying your time away from home even more.

For faulty products, Dometic Australia offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
Selected items purchased through the Dometic store will require installation by an authorised/qualified technician as a part of the product warranty.
